Obrigado Capital was founded in 2025 as a family-operated investment firm dedicated to acquiring and operating manufactured housing communities across the United States.
“Obrigado” means “thank you,” a word rooted in Portuguese —a daily reminder to lead with gratitude in every relationship, transaction, and investment we pursue.
Our leadership team brings a deep track record in real estate investing and operations. Over the past decade, we have collectively participated in over $2 billion of acquisitions and dispositions, and have hands-on management experience across thousands of units.
